    B) the total volume is

    Prism Volume = Area of Base * Height

    Prism Volume = 27.713 * 10

    Prism Volume = 277.13

    a) the total area is

    Surface Area = Lateral area + Area of two ends

    Lateral Area = 10 * 8 * 3 sides = 240

    area of both ends = 27.713 * 2 = 55.426

    Total Area = 240.00 + 55.426 = 295.426
