An arc 18.0 cm in length on the circumference of a circle subtends an angle of 130°. what is the radius of the circle?

    Use the formula for the length of an arc:-

    L = r C where r = radius and C = angle subtended in radians So here we have:_

    18 = r * 130 * pi / 180

    18 = 2.269 r

    r = 7.93 cm to neraest hundredth
