    It won't be 0 because f (0) = 300

    AS the last term is 300 the zeroes could possibly be 4 of the following possibilities + / - 1, + / - 3, + / - 10 (The Rational Roots Theorem)

    f (3) = 3^4 - 2 (3) ^3 - 103 (3) ^2 + 209 (3) + 300 = 0

    so 3 is one zero

    f (10), f (-10) and f (-1) are also = zero

    so the list is - 10, - 1, 3, 10 answer
