Which number is an irrational number?

(square root) 100, 1/8, - 2.2675, 3 (square root) 16

    b) 1/8 - 2.2675 can be written as a fraction so that is rational

    c) 16 is not a perfect square so therefore the root of it will be irrational, regardless of what is being multiplied to it.
