You need to find x for both equations first

    3x - 11 < 4 4x + 9 ≥ 1

    + 11. + 11. - 9. - 9

    3x < 15 4x ≥ - 8

    /3. / 3 / 4. / 4

    X < 5 X ≥ - 2

Then you plug in x in the equations

    3 (5) - 11 < 4. 4 (-2) + 9 ≥ 1

    15 - 11 < 4 - 8 + 9 ≥ 1

    4 < 4 1. ≥ 1

    False True
