Me and Mrs. Schaefer are selling their house. A realstate agent wants 7% if the selling price. The Schaefer's want to make at least 175000 from the sale. To the nearest dollar what must be the selling price of the house?

    Well because the real estate agent is taking 7%, the cost of 93% of the house should be 175000 (because that's how much the family will get)

    Thus 0.93X=175000

    X=188172.04
