First, substitute the x for 5.

    7 (4+x)

    7 (4+5)

    Then follow P. E. M. D. A. S.

So first you have to solve what's in the parenthesis.

    7 (4 + 5)

    7 (9)

Then you multiply the 7 & the 9 which is 63

    So the answer is 63.
