    If shapes are similar than ratios between their corresponding measurements should not change

    L1/W1=L2/W2

    50/25=16/W2

    W2 = (25*16) / 50=16/2=8 ft

    P of a new patio = 2 * (L2+W2) = 2 (16+8) = 48 ft
