    The answer is 21.2 ft²

    To do this we need to calculate the volume of the cylinder shaped drum.

    The volume (V) of the cylinder with height h and radius r is:

    V = π r² h

    We have:

    π = 3.14

    r = 1.5 ft

    h = 3 ft

    Therefore:

    V = π r² h

    V = 3.14 * (1.5 ft) ² * 3 ft

    V = 21.2 ft²
