If c = 1/3 and b=3

then in 3c / (2b^2) or 2b to the power of two. Would you do 2*3=6 (because of b = 3) then 6^2 6x6=36 and then divide it by 3 3/36 or would you do 3 to the power of two which is 9, and then multiply it by 2, and then divide it by 3 so 3/18. I keep mixing it up sorry

    3c / (2b^2) ... c = 1/3, b = 3

    3 (1/3) / 2 (3^2) =

    1 / (2 * 9) =

    1/18 <===
