    5x² + 4 = 184

    184 - 184

    5x² - 180 = 0

    5 (x²) - 5 (36) = 0

    5 (x² - 36) = 0

    5 (x² - 6x + 6x - 36) = 0

    5 (x (x) - x (6) + 6 (x) - 6 (36)) = 0

    5 (x (x - 6) + 6 (x - 6)) = 0

    5 (x + 6) (x - 6) = 0

    5 5

    (x + 6) (x - 6) = 0

    x + 6 = 0 U x - 6 = 0

    - 6 - 6 + 6 + 6

    x = - 6 U x = 6
