If you found that the actual price for a single issue is $8.00 would you consider the ad to be an error? Why or why not?

I would not. Advertising is expensive for a lot of companies and it usually ends up making a lot of money despite how much money the company itself spends. If the company spends 8 dollars on an ad it is likely that they will ear that money back and will make more of a profit off the ad than the person running the ad.
