The surface area of a right triangular prism is 228 square inches. The base is a right triangle with a base height of 6 inches and a base length of 8 inches. The length of the third side of the base is 10 inches. Find the height of the prism.

    Triangle area = 6 * 8 / 2 = 24 square inches

    Prism Surface Area = 2 * triangle area + height * (side a + side b + side c)

    228 = 2 * 24 + height * (6 + 8 + 10)

    228 - 48 = height * 24

    height = 180 / 24

    height = 7.5
