A farmer needs to ship 71 pumpkins to a grocery store. If each crate can hold 19 pumpkins, how much many crates will the farmer need?

    71/19 = 3.73684210526

    you cant have 3.7368421052 boxes so your round it to 4

    Each crate hold 19 pumpkins. the farmer has 71. so first, divide 71 by 19

    71/19=3.74 crates

    but since you cant get. 74 of a crate, always round it up ... hence 4 crates are needed
