Green to red ... ratio is 2 : 1 ... added = 3

green : 2/3 (7.89) = 15.78/3 = 5.26

red : 1/3 (7.89) = 7.89/3 = 2.63

so he spent 5.26 on green peppers and 2.63 on red peppers
