32x + 160 + 2 = 7 - 7x ... simplify

32x + 162 = 7 - 7x ... add 7x to both sides

32x + 7x + 162 = 7 ... subtract 162 from both sides

32x + 7x = 7 - 162 ... simplify

39x = - 155 ... divide both sides by 39

x = - 155/39
