    Among the 4 choices, the only choice where the order does not matter is the third option:

    Finding the number of ways to choose 2 vegetables out of 10.

    This is because the vegetables are not specified. As long 2 vegetables are taken from the 10, then picking one vegetable and then another is not different to picket the other vegetable and then picking the first.
