    M=3

    you begin by plugging in 'n'. 4 (8) - 8 gives you 24.

    so, 16 x 2m=24.

    move the 16 over through division and you are given 24/16, which is 1.5.

    so, 2m=1.5.

    now move the 2 over through division you are given 1.5/2, giving you the final answer of 0.75 or 3/4

    32m = 32 - 8

    32m = 24

    m = 24/32

    m = 0.75 or 3/4
