The answer is B) $3.42 more in the store.

    Store) 27.99/100 = 0.2799 x 6 = 1.6794 + 27.99 = 29.6694

    Catalog) 20.99/100 = 0.2099 x 6 = 1.2594 + 20.99 + 4 = 26.2494

    29.6694 - 26.2494 = 3.42
