A cell phone company orders 300 new phones from a manufacturer. If the probability of a phone being defective is 3.5%, predict how many of the phones are likely to be defective. Round to the nearest whole number.

    11 is the answer they are looking for because it is 300x3.5% which is 300x. 035 bring 10.5 but 10 is not an option do they round it up to 11.
