Given a1=4, find the term of the recursivr sequence using: a=2an-1

So, basically substitute as many times as they tell you (I don; t see it):

a1=4, a2=2*4-1=7, a3=2*7-1=13, ... As you see it grows up pretty quickly so that's why I think your statement may be missing how many times.
