The 5th and 6th grade students at jackson middle school are going on a field trip. there are 6 classes in the fitth grade, and each class has 24 students. there are 3 classes in the sixth frade and each clas has 20 students. if the trachers clollect $12 from each student in the trip, how much money will be collected, so the answer I have is $2448, I multiply 24x6=144 and them I multiply 20x3=50 I added together = 204*12 = 2448 is this is right!

    No because there are 20 multiplied by 3 is 60. So the answer would be 60+144=204x12=2448 but the last answer was still correct
