Kathy works for a real estate agency. She is in charge of rentals. Before new tenants move into an apartment they must: pre-pay the first two weeks rent; and pre-pay a bond equal to four weeks rent. To end the rental a tenant must give 14 days notice to the agency. Kathy has a new tenant for an apartment with a weekly rent of $300. How much does the tenant need to pre-pay before he moves into the apartment?

    He has to pay 1800

    600 for the two weeks and 1200 for the bond
