The standard form of a complex number is: a+bi

thus evaluating the expression we get:

    (3i-2/3) - (6i-5)

    opening the parenthesis we get:

    3i-2/3-6i+5

    = (3i-6i) - 2/3+5

    =-3i+13/3

thus the standard form will be:

    13/3-3i

multiplying through by 3 we get:

    13-9i
