    The other sides are 40 and 41, because they are consecutive numbers that add up to 9 squares, the perimeter is 90 as a result

    Suppose the other leg is x, the hypotenuse is then x+1

    using the Pythagorean theorem, 9²+x² = (x+1) ²

    81+x²=x²+2x+1

    2x=80

    x=40

    the hypotenuse is 41+1=41

    peremeter: 41+40+9=90
