    Step1 : Convert 6 inches to foot:

    6 inches = 6 : 12 = 0.5 feet

    Step 2: Find the height of the water:

    Height of the water = 4.5 - 0.5 = 4 feet

    Step 3: Find the radius of the cylinder:

    Radius = Diameter : 2 = 18 : 2 = 9 feet

    Step 4: Find volume of water:

    Volume = πr²h = π (9) ² (4) = 1018 ft³ (Nearest cubic foot)

    Answer: Volume = 1018 ft³

    The volume of 6-inch water is approxmately127.23 ft³:

    V=πr²h

    V = (3.14) (9) ² (4.5) - (3.14) (9) ² (6inch*1ft/12inch)

    V=127.23 ft³
