The wavelength of a wave on a string is 1.2 meters. If the speed of the wave is 60 meter/second, what is the frequency

    Frequency (f) in Hz = Wave speed (c) in m/s/Wavelength in m

    Wave speed = 60 m/s, Wavelength = 1.2 m

    Therefore,

    f = 60/1.2 = 50 Hz
