A driveway must be replaced. it is 32 yards long, 9.5 feet wide, and the concrete will be 4 inches thick. if concrete costs $153 per cubic yard, what is the cost to replace the driveway?

    The cost of replacing the drive way will be given by:

    total cost = (volume of drive way) * (cost per cubic yard)

    volume of the yard will be given by:

    Volume=length*width*height

    Volume=32*9.5*4=1216 yd³

    Thus the total cost of construction will be:

    1216*153

    =$186, 048
