The daily amounts of pasta made are

    East Bay Deli: 6.85 lb

    West Bay Deli: 4*6.85 = 27.4 lb

Total amount made per day is

    6.85 + 27.4 = 34.25 lb

Total amount made per week is

    34.25*7 = 239.75 lb

    Answer: 239.8 lb (nearest tenth)

A fourth of the combined weekly production is

    (1/4) * 239.75 = 59.9375 lb

    Answer: 59.9 lb (nearest tenth)
