    The equation for volume is V = (pi) (R^2) xH

    For Pi use 3.14

    So switch the variables for the numbers that we know

    V = (3.14) (3^2) x4

    3^2 = 9

    3.14 x 9 = 28.26

    28.26x9 = 113.04

    113.04 to the nearest tenth would be 113.
