Sam used 4 gallons of gas to drive 108 miles and 7 gallons of gas to drive 189 miles. Is this a proportional relationship? Explain your reasoning.

    Yes they are proportional because the two trips that Sam had both used the same amount of gas to drive the distance with an average of 27miles/gallon for the both
