What is - 2y = - 6x+12 in slope intercept form?

I got y=3x-6 but I don't believe that's right

    -2y = - 6x+12

    -2y = - 2 (3x-6) | : (-2)

    y = 3x-6

    Your correct you have to divide - 2 by - 2y and by - 6x+12

    y=3x-6
