    1 gallon is 128 fluid ounces;

    4 quarts make 1 gallon.

    Change the mixed unit volume of antiseptic to just one unit. Which you choose is your choice.

    ((3 1/2) - 4)) quarts = ((7/2) + 4)) quarts = (7+8/2) quarts = (15/2) quarts

    15/2 quarts = 240 fluid ounces
