What is a third variable condition that could create the following correlation?

The popularity of online job portals is correlated to the number of people changing jobs.

internet connectivity

peer pressure

lots of available jobs

health benefits

availability of better technology

    For internet connectivity, that could be a major benefit, but that's based around better technology being there so internet connectivity can improve.

    For peer pressure, I wouldn't necessarily say that this amount of people change jobs just due to that

    For lots of available jobs, I could see why people would go there, but that doesn't mean that they would change jobs just because there are available ones

    For health benefits, it's not proven that all online jobs offer health benefits, as well as that people wouldn't change jobs simply just for health benefits

    For better technology, I would say that this is correct due to that with better technology, this opens up a whole new realm of job opportunities with more lucrative pay and things that people want to change jobs for
