To determine what apartment renters want, the manager randomly surveyed eight renters in each of the six buildings in the complex. Our of 48 renters, 64% said they would like more hallway lights. The manager concludes that about two thirds of all the renters would like more hallway lights. Is this conclusion valid? Justify

    Two thirds is equal to 66.666666 etc. percent so 64 is pretty close to 66 so I would consider it right.
