    (2x²+7x-3) / (2x+5) = (2x²+5x+2x-3) / (2x+5)

    =x (2x+5) / (2x+5) + (2x+5-5-3) / (2x+5)

    = (x+1) / (2x+5) - 8 / (2x+5)

    ==> 2x²+7x-3 = (x+1) (2x+5) - 8

    Quotient=x+1 remainder=-8
