A rectangle has a length of 3.6in and perimeter of 16.8 inches. What is the width of the rectangle?

    Perimeter = 2 (length + width)

    16.8 = 2 (3.6 + width)

    3.6 + width = 16.8/2 = 8.4

    width = 8.4 - 3.6 = 4.8 in
