Sasha works at a greenhouse during the summer. She has to wrap mum plants with colored foil. There are 130 rows with 40 mums in each row. Each mum must be wrapped in one sheet of foil before it can leave the greenhouse. Colored foil comes in boxes of 250 sheets and costs $34.25 per package. What is the total cost to wrap all the mums?
