    We need to find circumference of wheele

    C=2pir

    r=13

    C=2pi13

    C=26pi

    aprox pi=3.14

    C=81.64 in

    15 miles in 1 hour

    4 miles in x hour

    15/1=4/x

    times x both sides

    15x=4

    divide 15 both sides

    x=0.26666666 hour

    times 60 mins

    x=16 minutes

    how many inches is 4 miles

    1miles=5280 feet

    1foot=12 inches

    5280 tiems 12=63360 inches

    circumferenc times number of rotations=63360

    81.64 times number=62260

    divide both sids by 81.64

    number of rotations=776.09 ...

    round

    776 rotations

    16 minutes and 776 rotations
