Aaron and Alice are bowling. Alice's scores is twice the difference of Aaron's score and 5. the sum of their scores is 320. find each students bowling score.

    X = alice

    y = aaron

    x + y = 320

    x = 2 (y - 5) = 2y - 10

    (2y - 10) + y = 320

    3y - 10 = 320

    3y = 320 + 10

    3y = 330

    y = 330/3

    y = 110 <==aaron's score

    x = 2y - 10

    x = 2 (110) - 10

    x = 220 - 10

    x = 210 <==alice's score
