    f (2) = 5*2-3=7

    f (-2) = 5 * (-2) - 3=-13

    f (0) = 5*0-3=0

    f (1) = 5*1-3=2

    f (-1,5) = 5 * (-1,5) - 3=-7,5-3=-10,5
