Quadratic is 2nd degree means that x^2 is highest the placeholder goes

first one has x^3 which is too hight

    2nd is all right

    3rd doesn't go high enough

    4th, 0x^2=0 so it doesn't count

    answer is 2nd one (f (x) = - 7x^2-x+2)
