How can you use a model to write a percent as a fraction with a denominator of 100?

    Lets use 36% as an example. To make it a fraction, you just put it over the next number spot. Since there are 2 number spots in 36 we need a 3 number spot for the denominator. 36/100 would be the answer. You can use this as a model
