Ok so 75% eliminated in 1 hour

    remaining is 100-75=25%

so the remaining amount is 25% of original amount after 1 hour

    original amount=650

percent means parts out of 100

    25%=25/100=1/4

    'of' means multiply

    25% of 650=

    1/4 times 650=

    162.5

    162.5 mg
