If one leg of a right triangle measures 3 centimeters and the other leg measures 6 centimeters what is the length of the hypotenuse in the centimeters?

    A2 + b2 = c2

    so 3x3 = 9

    6x6 = 26

    26 + 9 = 35

    square root 35
