Sophie bought a water fountain for her cat. The fountain holds 50 fluid ounces of water. To fill it Sophie uses a jar that holds 1 pint. How many times must she fill the jar to fill the fountain completely?

    A little over 3 times since 1pint holds 16 ounces. so if you put 50/16 it would equal 3.125
