    -3x+5y=-3

    3x - 6y = 12

    Multiplied the first equation by 3 so the x's will cancel.

    Adding the two equations we get

    -y=9

    y=-9

    Now plug y back in to either equation and solve for x. x-2 (-9) = 4

    x+18=4

    x=-14

    (-14,-9)
