    The dimensions would be x and x+6. The area is 216.

    x (x+6) = 216

    x^2 + 6x - 216 = 0

    (x-12) (x+18) = 0

    x = 12---Yes---

    x = - 18---No, sides cannot be negative---

    If one side is 12, the other side is 18. To check:

    12 * 18 = 216

    216 = 216

    Correct
