    Keep in mind this (x, y). In the question it says that y=4 so you already have (x, 4) the rearrange the equation y-3x=-2 to y=2+3x (when flipping the question the negatives become positive and positive become negative). The 3x is a gradient so ignore that. However the 2 is the only number that isn't a y or a gradient in the equation. And keeping the mind that you already were given what y is you may see that now you have your x value. (x, y) = (2,4)
