The answer would be - 19.

    All I did is take - 109 and add 18 5 times.

the temperature of the ice will be 90 degrees celsius by 9:00 p. m.

    Step-by-step explanation:

you would multiply 18 by 5 because there is a 5 hour time difference from 4:00 to 9:00 o'clock.
